CALL TO ORDER: FC Robert Ayers at 1904 PLEDGE of ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG: VFC Bob Smallwood led the Pledge of Allegiance followed by a moment of silence for our troops overseas. 16 members and no guests were present, representing a quorum. INVOCATION: Chaplain Dorothy Scicchitano was absent. FC Ayers gave invocation. FSO-FN Roger Anderson provided the financial report. A motion was made, seconded and passed to accept the financial report . JULY MINUTES: A motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the minutes of the July meeting as published in the 11-6 newsletter and on the web site.
FC AYERS comments were as follows: Constraints have been loosened regarding C130 support and weekend missions. Its hurricane season in Florida. Do you have a Disaster Plan for your family? A review of Advisories was conducted and FC Ayers requested that the form furnished in July be completed and submitted in order to maintain an accurate record of the flotilla members and their plans and availability for support in the event of a natural disaster. Think about developing management practices for your automobile readiness in the event of a disaster. Next Division 11 Meeting is 16 August 2008 , 0900 at the Elks Lodge, S. Pinellas Ave, in Tarpon Springs
